The 2027 Honda HR-V takes the compact SUV formula and focuses it on practical everyday driving. Its 2.0-liter engine produces 158 horsepower, while available Real Time AWD helps provide additional traction when road conditions change. Every 2027 HR-V also features wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility and a 9-inch color touchscreen.
Inside, the HR-V seats up to five and offers a 60/40 split second-row seatback. Higher trims add features such as heated front seats, leather-trimmed seating, dual-zone automatic climate control and a one-touch power moonroof.

The Flexible Choice in the Lineup
The 2027 Honda CR-V sits at the center of the Honda SUV lineup and offers one of the broadest combinations of powertrain and trim choices. LX, EX and EX-L models use a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine producing 190 horsepower, while Sport Hybrid, TrailSport Hybrid, Sport-L Hybrid and Sport Touring Hybrid models use Honda's two-motor hybrid powertrain.
The CR-V also introduces a new TrailSport Hybrid for 2027. It combines the hybrid powertrain with standard Real Time AWD, all-terrain tires, 18-inch wheels, roof rails and TrailSport-specific design elements.
The Sport Touring Hybrid adds another level of technology with a Bose premium sound system, hands-free access power tailgate, 19-inch wheels and Google built-in.

Three Rows. More Room for the Family.
The Honda Pilot occupies the larger, three-row portion of the Honda SUV lineup. Honda has not yet published a complete set of official 2027 Pilot specifications, but current reporting points toward the existing 3.5-liter V6 and 10-speed automatic continuing into the 2027 model year.
The current Pilot produces 285 horsepower and offers available all-wheel drive, while its larger cabin provides seating for up to eight passengers depending on configuration. Current Pilot models can also tow up to 5,000 pounds when properly equipped, giving shoppers another consideration when comparing the Pilot with smaller Honda SUVs.
Honda is also developing a new V6-based hybrid system for larger vehicles in North America. However, Honda has not confirmed that system as a 2027 Pilot powertrain, so shoppers should look for official 2027 specifications as they become available.

The 2027 Honda Passport takes a more rugged approach to the midsize SUV category. Honda has specifically updated the TrailSport models for 2027, with revised suspension components and increased ground clearance designed to improve capability on and off paved roads.
Honda also updated the approach, departure and breakover angles on the TrailSport, while adding exterior changes such as more prominent fender flares and new lighting details. TrailWatch and a heated steering wheel are also standard on the 2027 Passport TrailSport.
If you regularly travel with more gear, prefer a larger SUV footprint or want an SUV with a stronger focus on outdoor capability, the Passport occupies a different space than the smaller HR-V and CR-V.
